Questions people actually ask
How does the net salary calculator work for Germany?
Enter your gross annual salary, select your Steuerklasse (tax class), and BloodyBureaucracy calculates your net monthly take-home after income tax (Lohnsteuer), health insurance (Krankenversicherung), pension (Rentenversicherung), unemployment (Arbeitslosenversicherung), and nursing care insurance (Pflegeversicherung).
What is the 30% ruling in the Netherlands?
The 30% ruling (30%-regeling) is a Dutch tax advantage for highly skilled migrants. Up to 30% of your gross salary can be paid tax-free, significantly increasing your net income. BloodyBureaucracy calculates your take-home both with and without the ruling.
